Our Mummy & Me sessions help new mums:

  • Rebuild strength safely: Gentle postnatal exercises for core, pelvic floor, posture, and “mum muscles.”
  • Include baby in the fun: Circuits and partner-play drills full of cuddles and giggles no babysitter needed.
  • Boost cardio & confidence: Heart-pumping intervals and low-impact moves to lift energy and mood.
  • Track progress together: Regular check-ins on strength, flexibility, and stamina, plus baby milestones!
